Question by adiboy: I've got itchy rash all over the cap of my penis and I also experience itching in most parts of my body.no sex?
I haven't had sex in a very long time but I've actually made out. I seriously don't know what to do cos I've never experienced something this itchy

It could be anything from an allergic reaction to a skin problem like tinea versicolor. You need to see a doctor ASAP!
